Deal Or No Deal
First time.
Have been looking at what I think is a deal, could someonw tell me if I am all wet.
Assessor tax value is 247,000. Comps between 278K to 235K Pre Forclosure situation. Pay off is 182,000. This is the second time this HO has been in this spot with house. Any comments would be a huge help!
