Anyone heard of this guy. I was reading up on some of his strategies and his material, but it is a quick overview, you have to pay 397.00 to get the complete deal.
I need some more good reading so wanted some feedback from others.
I need more information on doing wholesale, sub 2, and possibly minor rehabbing with some buddies.
Any help would be appreciated.

I bought his program in July and am very happy with it. For 397.00 I got his course plus 12 cassette tapes. Since then I have bought and sold several houses, I think it was the best 397.00 I have ever spent/invested!

I have purchased this program as well, and have no complaints. He gives you everything you need to get started, and as long as you put it in action you will get results.
