I have used DataQuick. The best package is their "investor" package for $100 a month. It gives you all the tax information, comps in the area, etc for unlimited queries. The problem with DataQuick is that it is not nationwide as it claims to be. Worked great in California. Had no information for Georgia. Also, when you call, they do negotiate on price.
