thanks Joel for the tip. I have been searching listings from this site for a while. The problem is, most of the listings are from Baltimore city or county and the locations are questionable. I have never seen any listing in Montgomey county MD or NW washington DC.

My Realtor has sent me a couple of REO listings, and the two I have seen (same company) want 5000 Earnest money plus proof of funds.
