Contracts In Southern Florida
If i were trying to assign contracts to investors or rehabbers in Southern Florida, (Palm Beach, Dade, and Broward County.) what would be the best way to go about finding these people? I have many leads, just no buyers. Please Help!!

Most investors I know hit the websites, local papers and the smaller papers like thrifty nickel, Flyer etc. I would advertise on there to get a list of buyers/rehabbers started up. You might also want to have it translated in spanish given your area.
