Contract Clauses To Get You Enough Time To Find Buyers
What kind of contract clauses do you use to give yourself enough time to find a buyer for your property? I have a 15-day inspection and a close in 45 days, but the realtor barked about that. We eventually left it at 15-days inspection for the contract.
- Subject to the approval of Buyers Investment Partner.
- Subject to Acceptable Financing Terms to Buyer
These two I use. Depends on realtor your dealing with though.
