I am very interested in lease options and subject to. But in these types of deals I feel like there is little incentive for a realtor to give me comps. Right? I am willing to pay for an online service or other method of getting comps. I've never done a deal but SERIOUS about investing for years. Whats my best bet.

    I use dataquick property pro cd. It's about $90/month and has a good comps capability based on parcel numbers or radius search.
