Chicago Wholesaling
I have been dabbling in RE investment in the Chicago area but would like to start doing assignments. Has anyone had success doing this in the Chicago area? I feel like the market is saturated with people doing this and am wondering if I should try a different avenue of investment.
One more question - what is the best way to get comps on properties in the Chicago area without bugging a realtor? Can a regular person subscribe to a website that provides comps?
