Cap On Assignments?

InActive_Account profile photo

Is there a cap on assignments? I live in the state of Virginia. I have been doubling closing for two years. However, I am finding it more difficult to find lending sources who will allow doubling closing. Is there a cap on assignment fees? Please help? Thanks in advance for any info. confused

    Eric5,

    Glad to meet you.

You are correct in your assesment, many people have asked for my advice without having my material and I have tried to the best of my ability advise all those who asked.

Thank you for the kind words.

Bek, I reccomend spending some time on these forums and seeing the amount of helpful advice John gives to posters before taking one post on one topic the wrong way.

These forums can be very helpful for peolpe starting out and seasoned investors. Those that stick around do so to either learn or help others or a combo of both.

After reading this post and ll the replies to it I do have to say one thing about a year ago I had a couple of questions on a deal Mr Locke reached out to me gave me his personal number and said give him a call which I did he gave me his thoughts on the deal and with that I passed on the deal because he was able to shead a different light on the deal which I didnt see.
Not once did he try to sell me his book or anything I have the up right reguards for this man. How many people out there would give out there own number to call and personaly speak to the man and ask any questions you might have. So WWFK take Mr Locke up on his offer and call him.

    www.Mr.Locke:

Alright, I stand corrected. Your points are well taken and I was wrong to judge you by what I perceived to be the tone of one post. It would appear from what many people are saying that you are indeed a pretty decent guy.

But I still stand my belief that RealtyTrac is a big rip-off.

    WillWorkforKnowledge,

Now we are getting somewhere, we will go over step by step what to do if that what it takes. Looks like you have taken something pre programed for success and added here and there and got a serious case of "Information Overload"

Looking forward to talking with you.
