i was wondering if i can use my existing LLC from NJ to do some investing in PA? Or would i have to start a new LLC in PA? And would i be concidered a foreign LLC?...HELP!!!

This sounds like it may be a state by state issue? How about an LLC in NM trying to purchase property in IL? Any addidtional registion or filing required in IL for an outside LLC?

What I got from it was yes, you can purchase property in PA with a foreign (NJ) LLC.
