I would like to buy properties wholesale price from Agent. To rehab and sell with Market price. This house between price between $20,000 - $60,000. My dilemma is I don't have a good credit and the money. Do I need a partner with a good credit and the money? if I do then how to construct the contract? Thanks for your help. Elynda :wow: :wow:

sounds like you need to call mortgage brokers to get hard money. The interest will be high and you will pay points but so what? if you make money in return, you should care less ... good luck
