Have any of you created a business plan to approach a lending institution for funds? I am in the beginning stages of starting my own investing business fulltime and need some funds to get things rolling? Any advice or example plans would be greatly appreciated!! thanks, jpzink

    You won't be able to get funds to get started in the REI business. But, you can create a business proposal when you have a property lined up to get financing for that property.

    I used Business Plan Pro to assist me in creating a biz plan. Though I have not used it with lenders (yet) it was a very good excercise.

    I find myself revising it as I go along and learn more and more. Hopefully once I do a few deals and get my feet real wet, I will use it with some lenders, along with my successes, in order to establish a good line of credit and loans.
