Building Buyers List
What are some of the best ways of beginning to build a buyers list? Should I place ads saying "investor special, cash flow cow, call asap, must sell" and when people call, let them know that "the property just sold, but can i add you to my buyers list"? What other methods are people using to build a rock solid buyers list?
That will work and also just logging the "we buy houses" ads already in the paper

The quickest way I know of building a buyers list is to show up at the next foreclosure auction with pen and pad in hand and simply ask the investors that are standing around if they would be interested in pre-foreclosures. They will tell you what their area of interest is and how much money they are willing to invest. I have been able to come up with $5million worth of investors money with in 1 hour.

roberth, another excellent idea. i think ill make up some flyers or biz cards saying that im building up my buyers list, and hand those out at my local commissioners sale. definitely a large group of potential buyers there!
