Is there anyone here who can tell me a little about the market in Buffalo? It appears to be "bottomed out"...interesting numbers out there for income properties...I was wondering if anyone had any experience out in those parts....
I am from the Buffalo area and recently visited. It appears that the local economy is still suffering in Western NY

I think it has bottomed out. www.CNN.com has a real estate section (under business). It shows a 5.2% increase in the Buffalo-Niagara area. Last year the number was negative. I own several units in Buffalo and each one is showing some level of appreciation according to recent sales.
