Birddogging And Buying Properties From Motivated Sellers With Not Income Verification
Hi,
I hope there is an answer or hope to my situation. My problem is as follow, I have been laid off for the past 7 months and on DET. At one point I have met an investor who told me to look for properties that make sense and he will take care of the financing. Eventually I found a property and the investor like the property, but when I told him about my situation he didn't persue the deal and never contacted me after so many hours of searching for this great deal. My credit is poor, I have no money I am trying to improve my credit, but no fast enough because of my income. I considered my self a good birddog, but was not aware of the contracts or the term. Please help me develop a contract and hopefully help me with a home I am presently considering to purchase or lease creatively. Anything you can help me with will be greately appreciated. I want to pursue the american dream don't have much of the tools to reach it. I bought the Carleton Sheets program and try to do the best I can with this info and the info from differernt sources. Please help, I am running out of solutions and everything seems to be getting worse as we speak.

where do you live and where are you searching for your properties?
There are many ways to purchase properties with little money down and poor credit. Read some of the areas such as "subject to" and the like.
