Hey, I just posted an message seeking a bird dog in Cleveland.. I want to rehab some homes. My partner and I can even do houses up to 300k if we can make some money. But I really want to buy around 60 put in 10 or so and sell for 100
or buy at 80 put in 20 and sell at 130 or so
