Bird Dogging?
I have 2 reoccuring provision sources of great investor deals. Now heres the question, currently lacking the credit and funds myself to tie these up, how can i bring these deals to investors without revealing my 2 provision sources names and or company name as to source 2 which own the properties?
This in order to not be by passed in the future and be able to bring future deals from these sources to repeat investor customers again.[ Edited by T_Gagnon on Date 06/17/2003 ]
