Way to go get your name out there, let them know what you do. I have read some of the posts where the Bird Dogs have more investors than they can handle.
I hope you are in this position very shortly. You are in a great city for investing plenty of investors looking for deals, when you get them do not give them away, the investors will soon learn they have to pay for your talents.
