Bird dogger for the Carolinas looking for Investors
I'm looking to do bird dogging on a more full time bases. I am able to travel and work both North & South Carolina area, starting with immediate area around Charlotte, N.C. & Columbia, S.C.
I can do the property inspection, negotiate a signed contract, and in some cases even help provide a tenant / buyer. Looking for investors that are looking for deals to close on.
I noticed that a many investors try looking for that large payoff investment -$25, -$35, K or more on just one investment. Are there any investors out there interested in properties in the carolinas', with profit margins starting 15% -30% back, on each deal?
