If someone is just starting is this the way to go? How do I get started. I realize flipping is more money but if you are new would it be better finding properties for investors just to get going? How do I learn? I am very motivated and willing to work as hard as I can. What is average for a bird dog anyway. Thank you Colleen
first thing is to buy john's book. Then as a bird dog you set your own fee's - there are many posts on here about people personal experiences with this - just search the forums for "bird dog"

I have an E-Book here on TCI called Big Bucks Birddoging, that will take you from A to Z on how to make money Bird-Dogging.
It is what I call the No Fear, No Liability, No Money (well a little bit) method of learning investing from the ground up and making money doing it.
Basically you find deals for investors in all areas of investing, set the deal for the investor who will pay you for doing this.
