Bird dog in need of tips on addt'l resources
Hello,
I am a new bird dog, I have a property and an investor, however my investor who is very savy, being a realtor and general contractor, has asked me to find her additional local properties that are not listed. I just happened to know of one particular property from personal first hand knowledge, how would I go about finding other local properties not yet listed for her? 
Place an ad in the paper, Look in this forum under the tab TCI Realty, call your friends and have them help you look, and call other investors ads and see if they have that you may buy cheap.
