Bird Dog Help
From reading this forum, I take that it is good to start off your investment career as a bird dog. I've read Ron LeGrands book and he often makes reference to his bootcamps. So, although I am learning many stratagies, I'm not sure if some of the pieces to the puzzle are left out. Does John "Cash" Locke's ebook give you all the tools you need to successfully make bird dog flip? or after you purchase the ebook, you'll really need other materials to get you going. Trying to make the first deal is tough because don't know if you have all the step to make a successful wholesale flip.
Also, anyone know of any REI clubs in PHiladelphia?
