Willing to bird dog in the Downriver area. Need to know your terms and what type and how much are you paying to find these deals. What about River Rouge and Ecorse, Downriver? There are deals in these areas as well. What type of equity are you looking for (lowest you will take)? Do you work with Assignments or is this just a finders fee?
