I bought the BBA 'package' about 3 years ago ~ All they do is send you a large binder full of generic information. They also charge you if you need more of their logo brochures, biz cards, postcard follow-ups....etc.
I personally think that this forum alone would give you more information than their whole binder does ~ and it would save you money. Also, try the courses that are promoted by this site ~ they are all good recommendations in my opinion and they defenitely don't cost as much as Bill Bowen's package.
Either way, find a good course, read it, and jump into action!
Bill Bowens course is nothing more than trying to convince FSBOs to offer there property to buyers using owner financing and selling the note at the closing table- simultaneous closing.[ Edited by bpteos on Date 09/27/2003 ]

I heard of him and I'm not impressed whatsoever with his material..... 2 thumbs down here>
