I live in Jax still trying to get started myself. I'm in a neckbrace right now so spend a lot of time here and anyplace else I can find information. Send me a message and I'll send you info about a couple of sites that might help. One is a rei club here in jax that has training. Starting out I think you need to look at everthing you can find then figure out where you fit in. Thats what I'm trying to do now with my free time. As soon as this neck is better watch out, I'm ready to go.
i am wanting to flip properties and invest in some rental properties to create cash flow. i am currently self employed w/ my husband in the a/c business. i have several friends in other trades that will help with repairs. i am also interested in finding leads for investors that i could profit from quickly. i currently have a couple of leads in my pocket. thank you so much for your responses.
