Beginner / Developer In Florida Needs Advice
I have just become a partner with a relative, who is a developer in the St. Pete area. I have a little bit of experience in investing, but now I am in the major leagues. I am seeking some advice as to what do I have to do to get caught up with him and his projects. I am thinking of some income properties(apt. bldgs), and some rehabs. But I don't want to make big mistakes. I have access to the companies funds and all their resources. I am open for suggestions from experienced investors. Thanks for your HELP.
