bank repos
I have recently found a couple of bank repos in a subdivision.They are next to each other in the sub..They have never been lived in and are in an area that is really taking off.They are in Ocala Fl. in a nice subdivision.They are listed for 112,000.00 and 109,000.00 and they comp out at 130,900.00 and 140,900.00.What do you think?The realtor will get 2.5%.I don`t have a buyer lined up but would like to sell on contract or a month or two down the road.
