I have a Man in Jacsonville NC uh may not have spelled town right but I can varify... anyway...
He is a motivated seller..... I was going to do the deal myself but since Im in Georgia not NC got a little nervous about doing a Long distance deal.
However if you live in that state and want a very motivated seller and are willing to give me something % or otherwise for this deal let me know.
