Assignment Question
When you do an assignment on the contract. Should there be a spot on the assignment paper work where you request the amount that you want for the property. I hope I am wording this properly.
Example.
You find a property you get into contract for 100,000.00
The property's FMV is 180,000.00
You have someone willing to buy the contract from you for 105,000.00
How do I get my 5,000.00?
Should this information be in the assignment paperwork? Or should they just pay you up front? How is this worked?
Any help would be great.
