Is there a prepared contract one can purchase and fill in the blanks?

I'm sure that any local real estate attorney can fix you up with a fill in the blank form of about any kind that you can imagine.

I use a book called 301 Legal Forms & Agreements. This book has forms where you fill in the blanks. You have to buy it at www.amazon.com

Any forms/contracts/agreements that are taken from a book, cd, internet, or another individual aren't worth the paper that they are printed on until you personally know that they are legal and valid within your state. You can't be sure of even the ones that you download that are "certified for use in XX state" unless you have them verified by a local real estate attorney.

So if you're going to do that anyway, why not just go ahead and have the attorney draw up a form/contract specific to your needs.
