Assigning Of A Purchase Contract Seller Is Atty
Hello all:
I am trying to find a way to do this. I must get info before I approach the Probate attorney w any changes to the existing contract in which there is no assigning of the contract mentioned.
I have a contract for 50K appraised val is 95k.
Have a buyer wants the contract and will give me 10k.
What should I tell the attorney? I guess I need him to change the terms. I think he just wants to get his clients a minimum of 50k.
