Assigning Contract In Illinois Need Help
I need to know if i assign a contract is that more money the buyer has to pay for closing cost. can this be done with a simultaneous closing.
i am trying to do this assignment deal and not add extra money to the buyers closing costs. is their anyway i can do this. Thanks in advance.
