Assign To Deal In Maryland Or DC
Has anyone done an assign to in maryland or DC? If so could you recommend a title company. Also big biggest fear is thst the seller will see that I am making 15K of profit (yes I am leaving some for the next guy) and will give me greif even though I have a contract with him Is there any way to prevent that situation. And while I am on the subject What about keeping the next buyer from walking if he finds out the seller would have let it go for less. Thanks

I have done a whole lot of deals in DC with an assignment. know I now the pesky title agent is a buttface and balks at you making a 1/4 of his salary off one deal. So what I suggest is you call heritage title. I have done assigments there before or land title in beltsville maryland. They are super efficient and investor friendly.
