Hello this is my first wholesale deal. I have the contract and I have
the assigment fee doc all worked out. How do I get paid at closing?
What is a HUD1? Where does the buyer put my fee in his mortgage application?
Who do I give my asigment fee docs to? Title Company?

look into www.profittigerpro.com, i think you find what you need there. has everything you need.
unless your a realtor, then get act premium its geared towards agents.
