Anyone Interested In A Fixer Uper?
Hello everyone. I have a fixer uper under contract that I want to get rid of. This property is located in Miami in the Coconut Grove area. It needs work because the owners divided the place up into 4 apartments. Comps in the area are going for 700,000-1000000. This property is going for 700000 ARV. My contractor estimated about $50,000 in repairs to renovated the house and make it a single family home again. Very nice area and any handyman out there is looking to make a lot of money. My finances are tied up and I would not be able to finance a property of this value. If anyone is interested please see my profile for a possible assignment of contract. Thanks
