Anyone Familiar With RON LEGRANDS Program?
i am thinking about ron legrands cash flow program but i am still a little hesitant , has anyone bought his program yet or know someone who has and how were theyre reactions to the program , and if his wasnt that good anybody have any other courses that they reoommend
I just bought it from his website. I'm waiting for it to arrive.

If and when I choose to look into Ron Legrand's program, I will most likley purchase it from a reseller on Ebay for a few hundred bucks as opposed to the $1200 - 1500 that is charged on the website. I even e mailed the person who sends out the RL newsletter and asked if there were any differences. I got a huffy puffy reply that indicated there was no difference other than the months, years or lifetime support that comes with the OEM product.
There are certified / licensed resellers ( Global Publishing??) that sell the RL as well as other REI materials of this type on ebay.
I too would be interested to know how these courses apply. etc. Most REI folks I know continually buy courses, tapes etc.
Ron Legrand has several different packages out there. Some are very basic, and others are considered to be advanced courses. The Cash Flow System (Wholesale/Retail, For Sale By Owner, and Lease Option) Modules are very good material. The above advice regarding purchasing them on EBAY is an excellent recommendation.

I have found that most of RON LEGRANDS materials to be vary helpful in my investing carrier and have on many occasions used them as a reference for my self in making transactions.

I agree, ROn Legrande's course is a very good investment.
It will give you a very good foundation of knowledge and great reference materials to refer to.
Results
I made the plunge and purchased both courses (pretty and ugly house modules) from Global Publishing. I just finished the seminars last week.
From someone who was looking up the word "equity" 3 months ago, I feel very confident in making a transaction on my own after finishing the courses. Although I haven't made that first deal YET, I've sent out 10 offers this week and plan on making at least 10 more within the next two weeks.
I would definitely reccommend his course to anyone serious about learning the business. It's a no nonsense approach that has a heavy focus on how NOT to put yourself at risk. As I said, I'd feel very confident about setting up a deal on my own.
One of the biggest bonuses with his full system (with the seminars, not just the at home study materials) is a hotline. They offer help for 90 days after you complete the training. All you have to do is collect information on the property (most specifically the structure of the debt) and they will help you make the offer. In other words, they're not going to leave you out to dry after they've taken your money (not right away at least =P). The associates are active investors who (in my experience) have been very friendly and helpful.
I do have to point out a couple of downsides. One is the cost ($5000 for both the pretty and ugly house boot camps). Obviously, not everyone can afford this. I created a fair amount of debt getting into it myself. Also, while at the seminars they will try to sell you on more of their products. Although most of the products seem to be worthwhile purchases, they are pretty pricey.
All in all, I have no regrets with the money I've invested in this education. As I said above, 3 months ago I had to look up "equity" and now I'm making multiple offers. Good luck and feel free to email me if you have any specific questions. I'd be more than happy to give you the real skinny
