Has anyone had successes wholesaling outside of the metro areas? I'm not talking suburbs, but Small Town, America.
YEP!!! I have had great luck...as far as I know, I'm the only one working the pre-foreclosure market in my area. If there are others, I dont know of them. I live in a rural area, outside a pretty large Metro city.
the small towns really seem to be untapped by investors. I'm not complaining. Less competition.
