After Making A Offer Do Callers Say They'll Speak With Spouse & Dissapear?

I dont know if they were new investors just calling the # to see what i offer[ i have done it] or actual sellers.

I have made offers though where they said the would have to get back with me, but dont.

What should i do in these cases?

    Make more offers.

Don't get caught up in the ones that don't take it. If you are doing traditional wholesaling, most won't take your offer right away. If they took it immediately, you're offering too much.

    hope this helps,

Some people do not have the nerve, or guts to tell you yes or no to your face so they hide behind "Let me talk to my wife, partner or someone else." You will discover these people in all areas of life I have had them as Tenants, Sellers, Buyers, and Investors I try to steer clear of them as you never can truely trust them. Focus on people who are honest and sraight with you even if they say no you can still respect their point of view. I once had a guy tell me he had to ask his wife and accounant before deciding on a deal guess we know who rules his miserable little life LOL [ Edited by scottbrown69 on Date 02/21/2004 ]

Try NOT to make any offers (your presentation) unless it's all parties whose signatures are required... at the same time.
