Advice Needed: Value Has Dropped On Home, Need To Sell!
I bought a house a little over a year ago, to sell. Was willing to lease option or just sell straight. Someone was interested, but wanted to rent first. They stayed till January and just moved out. Now I want to sell the house asap, but the appraisal dropped by about $20grand. So I am looking for ideas on how to sell this?

Give the equity you had in the property.
Take a check to the closing.
Get the lender to do a short sale.
Sell on a lease option and set your sale price.
Cary the mortgage and set your sale price.
