20k down in Louisiana
Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum! I have a 20k downpayment for a home in the Shreveport area. Am in need of an investor to hold a 10-15k mortgage on the balance. Can anyone help me locate an investor who may be interested? Conventional financing is out...I am just now about to rejoin the workforce after years of being a stay-at-home. Thanks for your assistance.
