203K Funds For Rehab Then Resale

I've scoured HUD's website trying to find information about how long you have to live at the rehabbed property under this program. Does anyone know? It explicitly states the program is not for investors. My question is, can you use 203K funds, rehab the property (duplex), live there for a year, then move out and rent it or sell it outright?

    hey dscott the answer to your questionabout 203k loans is yes you can fix em up live em for a bit and sell and or rent them
