2 @/or Around 50k Under
Have 2 property leads. Comps indicate at or around 50 k under. Looking at 20 - 35k profit. Need partner to assist, a mentor to guide, or willing to release for birddog fee. In the Kansas City Metro area. Anybody have any Ideas how I can hook up with another investor to pick up the deal or give advice on the deal.
You might want to advertise in the bird dog forum, or contact someone thats already selling properties in your state.
