Your Tree Is On My Property
The tree belonging to the house adjacent to our family home in Brooklyn is causing an allergic reaction. We have made 2 attempts to contact the owners to either remove the branches or we will remove the branches, to no avail. Not sure what to do at this point?? Any suggestions?? Thanks

I am not sure of the legality of cutting off the branches, but I can suggest a good book, Neighbor Law by Nolo would have the answer (link below). You might be able to find it at your local library.
