Why Is My Topic Locked?

NYCinvestor profile photo
Today I added a topic, ?Any Good Appraisers In Atlanta, GA? and when I came back later on in the day, one person commented and now it is locked!? I am confused. The person commented that I am approving my own deals, of course I am not approving my own deals, how can that be done? I can approve families deals, and friends deals. There is nothing wrong with that! And, me as a Mortgage Banker, I know that I can use any appraiser that I want, I am really confused why my topic is locked, and I cannot even comment on it. This is rediculous! Can someone please let me know?! Thank you! :-?

Put an ad on the best newspaper in your area. Specifically in RE opportunities or Investment properties. Anywhere you think an investor would go to look for an investment!
    Good luck

Get it every so often - last time was earlier today. Sometimes everything works fine...other times I get the error above. Seems wierd.
