When you smart mouth a Moderator after they inform you that you are posting misinformation then your posts will be deleted.
Seems just today you were pulled up by another poster for bad info.

Plus John,
that other poster was wrong. You can fire an agent for not doing their job. That was the first thing i learned in the NC Real Estate Course for Agents And Brokers.
