Urgent! Help!! Starting Out With Legrand. What Ads To Use
(please don't erase my post) hello. i'm have been using legrand's mods here in troy michigan for a few months. i have been running an ad in the local paper (major paper) i am on a tight budjet and the ads are costing me a lot money with very very small results(it reads i buy houses CASH any condition any area and phone my number, i changed the ad as well but i still only get about one or two calls a week) i run it in a major paper, and i just dont understand why no one is calling. to keep it short, i am very excited about the investment business, but i just want to make sure that i am spending my money in the right places. on top of that my wife is getting on my case about why i am spending so much money and getting no deals. i need results and i need them fast. if anyone can help me with a very cheap, but BUT EFFECTIVE, way to generate quality leads for the pretty house business i would be most appreciative. please help a fellow investor get started. i can see the tremendous potential and wealth in this business, i just need help getting to that first deal. thanks and please reply today
I ALWAYS ADVERTISE IN PAPERS LIKE THE GREEN SHEET. I PUT AN AD THAT HIT 01/142004 AND ALREADY HAD 23 CALLS IN LESS THAN ONE DAY. THE ADS ARE CHEAR ABOUT $30.00 A WEEK FOR 5 AREAS IN THE PGH ,PA REGION PLUS WHAT IS CALLED THE SUPER SAVER PAPER THAT IS DISTRIBUTED ALL OVER PITTSBURGH IN PILES BY THE BUS STOPS OR HALLWAYS IN THE BUILDINGS. I HAVE FOUND THAT THE FREE PAPERS GET ME THE BEST RESULT. (PAPERS THAT ALLOW PEOPLE TO RUN GARAGE SALES, BINGOS, SCHOOL PLAYS, ECT.) EVERYONE IS LOOKING IN THEM FOR A DEAL. GOOD LUCK!!!
