Thinking Of Buying MH Park
I am thinking about buying a park in Texas it has 20 lots and currently has 7 rented spaces ( Purchasing the park for 180,000)
Can any one tell me what kind of insurance and the amounts I should carry, ie General Liability etc...
Any ideas at all would be great NEVER have done this before
any suggestions on what not to do, what to look for etc...

Yeah move out of Cali. lol j/k Maybe look in other states where you have family. I have my Uncle looking at a Rehab for me right outside Detroit. Real Estate is doing pretty descent around there according to my brother. So I did some research.
