How has TCI helped you personally in Real Estate or within your Business??
I for one was able to do my first sub-to deal because of keeping motivated through this site. Now I have done multiple deals for a while, but never purchased a property using this technique.
By using this technique, I was able to purchase a property with $10,000 in equity in it for $200 (out of pocket costs) AND now it is cashflowing at $100 PCF. Not only that but the house is very easy to rent out.
I am not just the CEO, I am also a client as well (how tacky is that statement. lol)
