TCI Realty Property Listing

I posted a listing for a property in OH.
It is showing in my Profile, listing is turned on, but it doesn't show in the TCI Realty Search.

It is a listing in Beavercreek, OH

    You have it listed 'For Rent'.

    For Rent properties will be used on a different portion of the website that we haven't built. We want to market the 'For Rent' properties to prospective tenants not investors.

    We are also trying to build some sort of Property Management into TCI so you can manage the properties somewhat. I have been meaning to do this for a while since my wife and I are using a crappy Access database that I built 5 years ago.

    In the meantime, if you have a website, you should be able to bring the properties onto your site automatically if you have it hosted with www.webbgroup.net 336-841-7241, OR you could just simply provide links to your property from your website.

    Let me know if you are trying to do a Lease/Option. If this is the case, I will have to build something back into the code to handle this.

    Just a heads up. I built the Lease Option feature in. You can consider yourself a parent of new Feature.

    Now you can choose Lease/Option in addition to For Sale and For Rent.

    You can also put your Lease Option details at the bottom of your property page.
