Simultaneous Closings
Greetings,
Could someone tell me , on a "simultaneous closing" ( as is done with pre construction property ) where the first buyer assigns his rights to a second buyer ,, with the developers approval ) are both of these closings handled in the same way as they would be handled if there were 2 closings 2 weeks apart ? or does the fact that only seconds go by in between sales ( from developer to first buyer and from first buyer to end user ) make these types of closings different in any way ?
